DENVER (KDVR) — Dry and warmer-than-normal conditions continue to dominate Denver's weather through most of the upcoming workweek.

Weather tonight: Mainly clear and cool

Sunday night will stay mainly clear and cool. Low temperatures will fall to the mid-40s, which is still about 5 degrees warmer than normal.

Weather tomorrow: Sunny, warm

Monday will be sunny and warmer. High temperatures will climb to around 80 degrees, which is nearly 15 degrees above average, and only 5 degrees shy of the daily record, which is 85 degrees set in 1962.

Looking ahead: Warm and dry ahead of rain chances

Tuesday will be slightly cooler with a high in the mid-70s. Then, on Wednesday, high temperatures jump back toward 80 degrees, which is about 15 degrees above normal, but still far off from the daily record, which is 89 degrees set in 1991.

Thursday will be mainly sunny and breezy, with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 70s ahead of a cold front.

The next big change moves in Friday and into the weekend. Temperatures for Friday, Saturday and Sunday are on track to be much cooler, and all three days bring in a slight chance for rain showers.
