Nuggets hosting playoff pep rally on Wednesday at McGregor Square

Denver Post

The NBA playoffs are upon us and the Nuggets are kicking off their 2024 title defense by inviting fans to attend a pep rally on Wednesday at McGregor Square in Denver.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and will feature a bevy of entertainment, including Paws the Music, the Skyline Drumline, SuperMascot Rocky, the Denver Nuggets Dancers and the Average Joes dance team. It will also feature the world’s largest Jamal Murray bobblehead. Nuggets in-arena host Kerry Anne Biren will emcee the pep rally.

Fans who are planning to attend are being asked to RSVP. The first 500 registered fans to check in at the event will receive a free t-shirt.

The Nuggets, who secured the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference on Sunday after beating Memphis, will host Game 1 of their first-round series on Saturday against the winner of Tuesday’s play-in game between the Lakers and the Pelicans.

Tickets for all potential Nuggets home games are on sale via Ticketmaster or by calling 303-287-DUNK (3865).
