Sunday it will be slightly cooler in the upper 50s. Snow will start falling Sunday afternoon in the mountains. Prepare for wet roads in the high country Sunday night and into Monday morning. By Sunday evening, rain will start falling in the Denver metro area with a rain/snow mix across the foothills. Monday morning, rain will change to snow across the front range. Monday is a First Alert Weather Day with 1 to 3 inches of snow forecast to fall in the Denver-metro area. Election Day will be dry with daytime highs in the 50s before our next storm system arrives on Wednesday with temperatures falling into he 30s.
