Mainly sunny skies are back on Wednesday, helping highs climb into the lower 80s.
Some smoke will push in Wednesday afternoon and could linger over the plains.
Weather tonight: Clearing smoke, clouds
Any clouds that quickly arrive in the evening will clear overnight and take the wildfire smoke to the plains. Low temperatures Wednesday night will dip into the lower 50s, keeping Denver a few degrees below average.
Looking ahead: Staying dry, slightly cooler
Thursday is another mild day with warm highs in the middle 80s and some late-day clouds.
Friday will round out the workweek with a mix of sun and clouds and slightly more seasonal highs in the upper 70s.
Saturday kicks off the weekend with partly sunny skies and warm highs in the lower 80s.
Sunday looks great for the Broncos game with more fall-like temperatures in the lower 70s and mainly sunny skies.
The start of next week will finally give a few days of seasonal temperatures. Monday and Tuesday both have highs in the middle to upper 60s with mainly sunny skies.
