DENVER (KDVR) —  Denver's weather will stay sunny with above-normal temperatures through the start of the weekend.

Weather tonight: Mainly clear

Wednesday night will stay clear and cool. The Pinpoint Weather team is forecasting that temperatures will fall to the mid to upper 20s, which is a few degrees above average.

Weather tomorrow: Sunny, warmer

Thursday will be sunny and warmer. High temperatures will climb to the lower 60s, which is a little more than 10 degrees above normal for this time of year.

Looking ahead: Warm start to the weekend ahead of Sunday showers

Friday and Saturday will be sunny, warmer and breezy. High temperatures will climb into the mid-60s, which is about 15 degrees above normal for this time of year, but still shy of the record, which is 74 degrees on both March 1 and 2.

The next big change moves in on Sunday in the form of rain and snow showers.

After several days of highs in the 60s, and Sunday temperatures varying from the 30s to the 50s, little to no snow accumulation is expected in Denver. Sunshine returns on Monday with cooler temperatures in the mid-40s, followed by more sunshine and highs in the 50s on Tuesday and Wednesday.
