I-70 closed through Glenwood Canyon due to vehicle fire

Interstate 70 is closed in both directions through Glenwood Canyon because of a vehicle fire, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

The highway is closed between exit 114 for West Glenwood Springs and exit 133 for Dotsero, the agency said in a travel alert at 2:56 p.m.

Drivers should expect delays in the area.
