Police are looking for a driver who hit and killed a person on a motorcycle and fled the scene.
Northbound Interstate 255 is closed at east 6th avenue.
The Aurora Police Department responded to the scene shortly after midnight.
Drivers are being taken off at 6th Avenue but the alternate is easy as they continue through the traffic light and get right back on northbound 225 from 6th Avenue.
