DENVER (KDVR) — Foggy conditions are creeping into Denver's weather as snow showers wrap up. This will be followed by sunshine and warmer temperatures to start the week.
Dense fog advisories remain in effect until Sunday morning. During this time, visibility could be down to a quarter of a mile or less. Remember when driving in dense fog to slow down, use low beam lights, and plan for plenty of stopping distance ahead of you.
Weather tonight: Showers ending, foggy
Saturday night, showers will wrap up as temperatures drop to 30 degrees. The wet ground and light breeze will set the stage for dense areas of fog.
Weather tomorrow: Sunny, seasonal
Sunday morning, the fog will clear by 9 a.m. This will be followed by plenty of sunshine by Sunday afternoon and high temperatures climbing to the low to mid-60s, which is right in line with normal for this time of year.
Looking ahead: Warmer week, chance for showers
Monday will be sunny and warmer with highs climbing to the mid-70s, which is about 10 degrees above average.
Tuesday, a system rolls in that will knock down temperatures to the mid-60s, which is normal for this time of year. Wednesday brings even warmer temperatures before possible storm chances return on Thursday and through the weekend.
