Bo Nix is moving in.

The new Broncos quarterback and his wife Izzy spent $4 million to buy a 6,551-square-foot home in The Village at Castle Pines, a gated community in Castle Rock.

The Nixes purchased a five-bedroom, seven-bath home from Shane Patrick-Henry Vereen, a former NFL running back who played for the New England Patriots and New York Giants.

According to property records, Vereen bought the property from Sterling Custom Homes for $600,000 in 2016. The home was constructed in 2018 and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty listed it for $4.2 million on April 11.

The home features a large dining room that opens to a covered outdoor kitchen and a 15-foot NanaWall of sliding doors off the great room onto the covered deck.

The main level includes the primary suite with a gas fireplace and separate deck, an en suite bathroom with heated floors and a closet connected to the laundry room.

The upper level includes two bedrooms with walk-in closets, en suite baths, and a separate loft area. The lower level features a wine room, theater room, another bedroom with an en suite bath, and a wet bar that opens to another outdoor entertaining space with an oversized patio and a gas fireplace.

The home also includes a four-car garage and a golf cart bay.

Stacie Chadwick with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented Vereen. Rachel Sartin with Corken + Company Real Estate Group represented the Nixes. She also represented Broncos coach Sean Payton when he spent $4.5 million to buy his Belcaro mansion.

The Broncos drafted Nix in the first round of this year’s NFL draft after cutting quarterback Russell Wilson.

Wilson and singer-songwriter wife Ciara spent $25 million in April 2022 on a Cherry Hills Park Drive home, setting a record for the amount paid for a Denver-area home. The couple sold the mansion off-market for $21.5 million in March.
