A 34-year-old man wanted on suspicion of first-degree murder is still at large after more than a year, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Jesus Angel Arvizo is a suspect in the death of James “Jay” Montoya, who was reported missing after leaving a Lakewood bar in April 2023 and whose remains were found in Saguache County in July 2023.
