A teen with developmental disabilities was reported missing in Loveland on Monday, according to an endangered missing alert from the Johnstown Police Department.

Tristan Bridges-Taapken, 15, was last seen Sunday around 6:30 p.m. at the Target on Rocky Mountain Avenue in Loveland, police say.

He is described as a 5-foot, 10-inch, 150-pound white boy with brown hair and brown eyes. Tristan was last seen wearing a grey Adidas shirt with a black shirt underneath, sweatpants and black and white Nike shoes. He usually wears glasses but may not have them with him, according to police.

Tristan has a developmental disability and there are concerns for his safety. Anyone with information should call the Johnstown Police Department at 970-356-1212.
