On the mound: Starting pitcher Dakota Hudson’s rough streak continued. He allowed three runs on three hits over 2 1/3 innings. He’s now allowed five runs (four earned) over his last two starts. … RHP Peter Lambert tossed three scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out two. He hasn’t allowed a run in three of his four spring training outings. … Right-handers Tyler Kinley and Justin Lawrence each put up a scoreless inning.

At the plate: Colorado could only muster a total of three hits. … Outfielder Sean Bouchard went 1-for-3. He struck out looking in the first inning, then singled in the third before getting picked off by Thomas Pannone. … Alan Trejo, the only player in Saturday’s starting lineup who isn’t on the 40-man roster, had another good day. He went 1-for-2, with a double in the sixth and was left on base. … Nolan Jones struck out twice in three at-bats, and the Rockies were struck out a total of nine times.

Prospect watch: Outfielder Jameson Hannah hit 1-for-1 with a double.
